March 2014

March was a busy month for me regarding work — as in, my full-time day job.  It always is every spring, which makes it difficult to get into a good writing routine while trying to juggle work, gym time, and sleeping!

I’m still happy with my progress, though.  I edited my workplace-themed short story, and sent it off to two different betas to have a look through.

I also started a YA short story, themed with ‘First Times’.  It’s now at about 5K, plus some scenes I have to polish off and piece together.  My goal is to have the first draft done by mid-April.

And hopefully by the end of April, I will be on track to get to my YA paranormal romance novel.  It’s a story I started about a year ago, sitting at about 25K, but needs a major reworking before continuing.  So I plan on getting to that reworking business by the end of the month.

Busy, busy!
